Job description:
- Manage Tasks and participate in various stages of end-to-end Project life cycle and have good understanding and experience in both agile and waterfall-based project execution.
- Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions.
- Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and systems, both new and existing
- Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making
- Understand how the end user will interact with the platform
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions being built are in line with requirements.
- Use MS Visio and Lucidchart to create detailed process maps, workflows, and business process models. Ensure process diagrams are accurate and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts. Share expertise in using MS Office Toolsets and process modeling tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
- Capture final requirements and adjustments
- Apply knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction
- Prepare, present and review rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
