Job Description :
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong Wealth Management domain experience.
- Experience with Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Private Wealth Management.
- Strong understanding of financial products including:
- Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Alternatives, Derivatives
- Excellent experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and data quality analysis.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets.
- Experience creating: BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, Use Cases
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of ETL processes and Data Governance.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
- Experience with regulatory reporting (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, AML, KYC) is a plus.
