Position
Business Associate /Business Development Department
FT Position: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F 8:25am 5:10pm/ Greensboro, NC.
Safe, Clean, and Dust Free Work Environment
Compensation: Annual Salary Up to $50,000 based on experiences
Qualification
- Candidate should possess a BS/BA degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, business management, and corporate marketing preferred.
- Strong communication capability, especially with excellent writing skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to synthesize information and data from numerous sources into coherent presentations and reports.
- Enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks.
- Familiarity with business contract structures.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Ability to identify, prospect, and build business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Fluency with basic financial concepts.
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise (Preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment.
Strong interest in battery, renewable energy, and their applications.
Demonstrated curiosity and persistence to support client-facing interactions.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop documentation to support Business team's proposals and presentations.
- Analyze market and regulatory trends to aid decision makers in identifying the most value-adding revenue strategy for the companys projects.
- Work with the R&D, Engineering, and finance teams to produce documents in order to support proposals and presentations.
- Provide accurate analyses to assist with agreements and other commercial transactions.
- Develop appropriate data, market intelligence, and analysis to advise business development team.
- Create presentations for potential customers.
- Work internally to analyze transmission/market design effects on proposed projects.
- Additional duties as required.
