We are in search of a qualified and motivated business consultant to evaluate and improve business operations, offer expert advice, and lead project implementation. Key responsibilities include analyzing various aspects of the business, compiling data and reports, providing actionable recommendations, and overseeing the rollout of new initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you should possess strong business acumen and excellent communication abilities. The ideal business consultant will also have exceptional research skills and a proven capacity for solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with and advising senior executives during the consultation process.
- Identifying business needs and pinpointing areas of weakness.
- Evaluating and analyzing business operations and procedures.
- Compiling research findings and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Creating detailed project plans to implement improvements and drive change.
- Organizing and overseeing business projects.
- Offering guidance when challenges or issues arise.
- Monitoring and evaluating the success and impact of projects.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree (MSc or MA) in a specialized business field is an advantage.
- Certification as a management consultant is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with a wide range of business management software such as invoicing, word processing, CRM, database, and asset management systems.
- Knowledge of diverse business areas, including IT, HR, training, and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in business consulting is preferred.
- Strong skills in research and data collection.
