Role OverviewThe Business/Data Analyst is responsible for enabling data-informed decision making across the organization by ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and structured to support operational and strategic needs. The role combines analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and enhance data reliability.This is a highly independent role reporting directly to the CEO, focused on owning monthly reporting cycles, supporting forecasting, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business performance through data-driven insights.
