Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing services, recruitment processes, and industry dynamics.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and deliver results in a competitive market.
    • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Other: Willingness to travel as required.
