- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support ongoing business and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and candidates to ensure profitability and compliance with our standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies, increase client satisfaction, and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of business development and sales experience.
