Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and strategies to attract top talent, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support ongoing business and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and candidates to ensure profitability and compliance with our standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies, increase client satisfaction, and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of business development and sales experience.
  • Recruiting experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of recruiting software and social media to source candidates.
Compensation:
  • Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Compensation package includes a base salary plus commission.
