Our firm was established to fill a void in healthcare staffing, by supplying well qualified local professionals to local and national companies. We are confident in our ability to deliver the best service, which has been recognized as outstanding within our industry. Our clients have come to know they can count on us for our responsiveness and that they will receive well vetted applicants for their open jobs when using our services. . Quadrant is seeking results-driven, social media savvy, strategic thinking sales professionals for our Reston, VA location. Our sales team is composed of energetic and assertive professionals who are responsible for proactively identifying new clients, while servicing and managing an existing base of customers.

The Client Account Manager creates long term relationships with our clients. As the main point of contact for our healthcare clients your job is to help our clients fill their staffing needs while working with an internal team of dynamic recruiters. Your role consists of cold calls, warm calls, negotiating rates, presenting candidates, working through interviews and job offers. You will be responsible for building and strengthening the business relationships with current accounts while also developing new business.
Within the first year the expectation would be to hit six figures. Base pay may vary based on multiple factors, including experience, healthcare knowledge, skills, etc.
MUST HAVES:
You must be comfortable with understanding and meeting sales goals and metrics.
You must be comfortable developing relationships over the phone.
A Flexible and energetic personality
A great work ethic
