Business Development Analyst Apply
Glen Raven Logistics is recruiting for a Business Development Analyst. This role will provide support and coordination to assist the organization in executing strategies for both sales and operational goals that will foster the company’s growth. Under the direction of senior management, research, coordinate, and provide guidance for tactical processes that target new customers, customer needs, and vendor relationships. Ensure a safe and professional work environment. This role can be hybrid after sufficient training. The office is based in Altamahaw, NC Responsibilities Alongside senior management, oversee planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations and sales efforts Monitor and maintain internal control systems, databases, and software to ensure accuracy. Help to facilitate vendor negotiations to ensure service relevance and cost-efficiency Under the direction of management, assist in the development of strong relationships with outside partners such as but not limited to vendors, carriers, and customers Participate in the direction and coordination of information technology to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization. Continually investigate and suggest process improvement measures and present suggestions Under supervision of management, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful onboarding of customers for an exceptional customer experience Maintain the highest level of safety for all Glen Raven and Contracted personnel Maintain and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers At times, interact with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s development priorities are aligned with total company direction Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and related training 1-4 years of previous related experience is required.
