Our client relies on this position to deliver data-driven insights, optimize CRM systems, and support forecasting, pricing, and commission processes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve pipeline visibility, enhance lead generation efforts, and ensure scalable sales execution. Responsibilities include: Support revenue growth through data-driven analysis, disciplined sales operations, and continuous process improvement Analyze sales pipeline data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and pipeline reports Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based pricing tools, calculators, and analytical models Design, document, and implement end-to-end sales workflows to improve efficiency and scalability Administer and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data accuracy Conduct market, account, and territory research to identify new property owner, developer, and partner opportunities Build and maintain targeted lead lists for new construction, takeover, and expansion opportunities Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with brand standards Support sales and marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels Assist with trade show planning, logistics, execution, and budget tracking Support contract coordination and compliance alignment across geographic regions Administer commission tracking software to ensure accuracy and timeliness Assist in developing and maintaining sales training materials and documentation Travel occasionally for trade shows, site visits, and company meetings Conduct in-person meetings and site visits, including active construction and multifamily properties Requirements and Qualifications: Experience administering and reporting within Salesforce (or comparable CRM), including dashboards and data hygiene Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical model development Proven ability to analyze sales pipeline data and generate recurring leadership reports Experience supporting contract coordination, compliance tracking, or commission administration Background in lead generation, market research, or sales enablement activities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred About the Hiring Company: Our client supports property owners and operators with utility management solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and revenue recovery.
