The Role:
You will be the vital link between our innovative robotic solutions and our diverse customer base. Working primarily from our [mention office location, if applicable, e.g., "vibrant office in Mountain View California, you will focuses on conducting market research, statistical analysis, and economic evaluation to support Toborlife AI’s commercialization of robotics and AI-automation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and forecast market and sales trends in the robotics and automation sectors using econometric and statistical models. Analyze data on technology adoption, institutional purchasing behavior, and pricing trends to project demand for Toborlife AI’s product lines.
- Design and implement research methods such as online surveys, structured questionnaires, and literature reviews to collect data on potential customers, competitors, and emerging markets. Evaluate market segments including educational, industrial, and research institutions to determine adoption potential and purchasing drivers.
- Use statistical software and spreadsheet tools to analyze market, pricing, and performance data. Apply regression analysis, correlation testing, and time-series forecasting to measure market elasticity, cost-performance relationships, and return on investment (ROI) for different robotics product categories.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial and operational feasibility of new product launches or regional expansions. Model alternative pricing and distribution strategies to optimize profitability and market reach.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and promotional channels through quantitative metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and cost-per-acquisition. Recommend data-supported adjustments to improve Toborlife AI’s market penetration strategies.
- Convert analytical findings into structured reports, visual dashboards, and presentations summarizing market trends, performance outcomes, and financial projections. Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior management to inform corporate planning and budgeting.
- Interpret analytical results to recommend data-driven strategies for market entry, regional targeting, and partnership evaluation. Collaborate with Toborlife AI’s product and operations teams to align market findings with product design, deployment priorities, and client engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Business Development Analyst with a demonstrated history of achieving goals. A solid understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship management theories, along with experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
- Communication Powerhouse: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you can explain complex ideas simply and persuade effectively. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages are a plus.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Self-Starter & Resilient: You're comfortable with ambiguity, thrive on challenges, and possess a strong inner drive to succeed.
- Tech-Savvy & Curious: A real interest in and aptitude for understanding new technology, especially robotics. You're eager to learn! Proficiency with CRM tools (we'll adapt to what works best as we grow!) and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, with advanced training or coursework in technology commercialization, innovation strategy, and data-driven analysis.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
