About Openhouse

Openhouse is revolutionizing the pre-owned homes market by connecting buyers and sellers through a seamless, transparent, and managed platform.

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven BDA to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Openhouse’s network by engaging with potential channel partners, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our partner ecosystem.

As the first point of contact for prospective partners, you will represent the Openhouse brand - explaining partnership benefits, addressing queries, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are efficiently completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing channel partners to introduce Openhouse, explain partnership benefits, and guide them through onboarding.

  • Partner Qualification: Identify and assess potential partners to ensure alignment with Openhouse’s business criteria and objectives.

  • Onboarding Coordination: Support new partners through each onboarding stage — from registration and account setup to training and system access.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure new partners feel supported and confident post-onboarding.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Openhouse’s offerings, value propositions, and operational workflows to communicate effectively.

  • CRM Management: Accurately document all partner interactions and onboarding status in the company’s CRM system.

  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed set KPIs including call volumes, conversion rates, and successful partner activations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align onboarding initiatives and provide feedback on partner insights.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, partner onboarding, or inside sales (preferably B2B/B2C or channel partner management).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with strong persuasion and listening abilities.

  • Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse partners.

  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Comfort: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and lead management platforms.

  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales and partnership conversion processes.

  • Team Orientation: Collaborative mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
