Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales development performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement and manage tools and systems to enhance sales prospecting and lead management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for sales and driving business growth in the life sciences sector.
