Impact
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will drive growth of FalconX's Market Making efforts, including the development and nurture of external crypto projects and partners, as well as internal/external operations. You will work closely with our partners and counterparties as well as interface with our Executives, Product and Trading teams globally to develop and deliver the successful implementation of our market making growth strategies.

Compensation
This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $90,000.00 - $130,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of relocation assistance (if applicable); performance-linked variable bonus; paid time off (including sick time) benefits; paid Company holidays; participation in the Company's employee stock option program (ESOP); participation in the Company's 401k retirement plan; competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
