What You’ll Do

As a BDC Rep, you’re the first impression of Vision Ford Lincoln. You’ll be the bridge between online customers and our in-store sales team.

  • Engage customers via phone, text, and email
  • Respond to internet leads and inbound inquiries
  • Set high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up relentlessly (and professionally) with customers
  • Keep accurate notes and activity in the CRM
  • Be a brand ambassador for Vision—positive, helpful, and sharp

What Success Looks Like

  • High daily outbound activity (calls, texts, emails)
  • Consistent appointment-setting performance
  • Clean CRM follow-through, information collection and entry, detail oriented
  • Strong communication and energy
  • Coachability and hunger to improve

Requirements

Who This Is Perfect For
