We are looking for a Business Development Center Coordinator to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment. The role involves working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email communication.
• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage order entry processes and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Maintain clear and precise email correspondence with clients and team members.
• Assist with call center operations, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support team activities by contributing to administrative and organizational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet business goals and deadlines.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficiency in call center customer service operations.
• Strong skills in data entry and order management.
• Ability to compose well-structured and precise email correspondence.
• Experience in scheduling and managing appointments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month.
