This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic partnerships, unlock new business opportunities, and champion innovative, sustainable solutions that deliver real value to clients.Position Title: Business Development Director Location: Singapore Company: Facility Management Company Salary: Open to discuss Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities, promoting the company’s facilities management services with a strong focus on environmentally friendly solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Generate leads through networking, research, and outreach (including cold calls). Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to present company services. Understand client needs and work with internal teams to provide suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and support pricing discussions. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver services effectively. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions. Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and performance. Support marketing activities and campaigns to promote company services. Ensure professional representation of the company at all times.Report to Regional COO. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with exposure to senior leadership responsibilities. Proven experience in the Facilities Management or Real Estate industry. Background in construction or building engineering is an advantage. Strong strategic thinking with a results-driven and target-oriented approach. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Experience working in global or matrix organizations. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
