This role requires a mix of sales ability,marketing understanding, and strong written communication.You will be responsible for converting opportunities from platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn intopaying clients, with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:1. Upwork & Inbound Lead Management Respond to inbound project invitations on Upwork Write customized, high-converting proposals (no copy-paste) Actively bid on relevant projects daily Track responses, follow-ups, and conversions2. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Build targeted prospect lists (founders, D2C brands, service businesses, etc.) Set up and manage outreach campaigns using tools like Dripify / LinkedIn Test and optimize messaging to improve response rates Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls3. Sales Enablement & Collateral Assist in creating case studies and proposal documents Maintain and improve proposal templates Work closely with the founder to refine positioning and messaging4.
