The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities for the organization. The primary objective is to increase revenue growth and expand the customer base through strategic business development initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential customers
Develop and execute sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close contracts
Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
Track and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement
3. Technical Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
Ability to use data analysis tools to identify sales opportunities
4. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
0-6 months of experience in business development or sales
