Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s presence in the hospitality and digital services sectors. This role involves generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals for hotel channel manager software, domain, and hosting services. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue goals, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Champion Hospitality Solutions:
Drive lead generation and close deals for the company's hotel channel manager software, which helps hospitality businesses optimize distribution and boost revenue.
Conduct persuasive presentations, product demos, and consultations to educate potential clients on the benefits of the software.
Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts, securing partnerships with hotels of various sizes and ensuring long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on the latest trends and challenges within the hospitality industry to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
2. Expand the Digital Footprint:
Sell domain registration and hosting services to businesses and individuals, leveraging a solid understanding of the digital services landscape.
Identify new business opportunities by generating qualified leads through strategic cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and acquire new business leads.
3. Master Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring successful product adoption.
Collaborate with internal marketing, product development, and sales teams to devise effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions tailored to client needs.
Maintain a high level of customer service and act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management:
Identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline by reaching out to leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up at every stage of the funnel.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools to track progress and report on sales performance.
5. Market & Competitor Research:
Stay informed on the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to better position the company’s products and services.
Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs, market gaps, and potential new features or services.
