Business Development Manager (BDM) – Technology Staffing, Consulting & Professional Services Naperville, IL (Hybrid) Full‑Time No sponsorship available Recruit22 is expanding, and we're looking for a high‑energy, tech‑savvy Business Development Manager to help drive growth across our technology staffing, IT consulting, and professional services lines. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing sales environment and love building relationships with technology leaders, this is your chance to join a modern, people‑first recruiting firm making waves in the Midwest. What You'll Do Build and expand client relationships across technology, digital transformation, and professional services sectors. Sell across contract, contract‑to‑hire, direct hire, and SOW‑based consulting solutions. Engage with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, and Procurement to understand hiring needs and technology initiatives. Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing. Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure quality, speed, and technical alignment. Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline forecasting, and consistent revenue momentum. What We're Looking For 3‑7+ years of technology staffing, IT consulting, or professional services sales experience. Proven success in new‑logo acquisition and enterprise‑level relationship building. Strong understanding of IT roles, cloud, security, software engineering, data, and project lifecycles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work hybrid out of our Naperville location. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship). Why Join Recruit22?
