We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in label sales and a passion for driving business growth. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to expand market reach, foster client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the label industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote product offerings and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the label industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
