We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to expand our referral network. In this commission-only role, you will build trusted relationships with professionals who regularly influence senior care decisions, including hospital discharge planners, social workers, elder law attorneys, realtors, fiduciaries, and others.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter with strong community ties and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and nurture referral sources across healthcare, legal, financial, and senior service sectors
  • Attend networking events, conduct outreach visits, and represent the company at community functions
  • Educate partners about our no-cost placement services and how we support families
  • Generate qualified client referrals from your relationship-building efforts
  • Collaborate closely with placement advisors to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain records of activity and referrals 

What You Bring

  • Experience in relationship-based sales, outreach, or business development
  • Connections within the senior care, healthcare, real estate, or legal communities are a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented
  • Genuine interest in supporting older adults and their families
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-only, performance-based structure
