Business Development Manager - Agronomy Apply
In your role as a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your production, specialty crop agronomy, and account management experience to build and nurture client relationships that will ultimately result in the sale and ongoing uptake of the company's services.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a solid rapport with growers by being understanding of their requirements and based on trust.
- Utilise consultative account management procedures to establish and strengthen business connections.
- Collaborating with Field Development & Operations, create and provide the greatest possible client experience.
- Monitor service delivery to guarantee client satisfaction with improved results and offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
- BS in Agronomy or related.
- 7+ years experience with agronomy consulting / retail sales / farm management.
- Existing network of contacts within almond and nuts growers
- Preferably previous experience in launching new agricultural products/services into specialty crop markets.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
