Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector, including technology companies, startups, and enterprises.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for IT staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our staffing services.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance metrics, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT staffing services or related solutions.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry, including technology trends, talent requirements, and client needs.
