Key Responsibilities:

Cross-sell and up-sell on-site, nearshore, and offshore staffing solutions to align with client needs.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events while leveraging personal connections.
Consult with clients to assess their staffing and project delivery needs, positioning offshore and nearshore capabilities as cost-effective solutions.
Negotiate and close large-scale staffing and IT project engagements, ensuring competitive yet profitable contract terms.

Strong understanding of IT hiring needs, including roles in Networking, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation.
Established relationships with Fortune 500, mid-market, and high-growth technology companies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted IT solutions partner.
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with a focus on aggressive revenue growth.
