We're seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new vacation rental properties for our portfolio.
- Generate and manage leads to continuously grow our client base.
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners, ensuring a long-term partnership.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our management team.
- Solve challenges proactively to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Increase brand visibility and market exposure through targeted outreach and networking.
- Meet monthly KPIs, with a focus on adding 6-7 properties to the portfolio each month.
What Does Success Look Like?
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets (6-7 properties per month,
approximately 80 properties per year).
- Building strong, lasting relationships with property owners and partners.
- Effectively utilizing marketing resources and CRM tools (Leadsimple) to generate leads.
- High client satisfaction and retention, driven by transparency and communication.
- Achieving commission-based compensation targets, with uncapped earning potential based on
performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the vacation rental or real estate
industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Residency near Kissimmee, Davenport, or Four Corners area is required.
- Reliable vehicle for client meetings and property tours.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Benefits
Compensation and Benefits:- Base salary of $45,000 annually
- Commission structure: $300 to $750 per property added to the portfolio, with the potential to earn a
minimum of $40,000 in commissions
annually, with uncapped earnings potential for top performers.
