Salary: expected annual compensation 200K (base salary + commissions) Looking for experienced, driven, and ambitious individuals looking to take their career to new heights. We need people who are passionate for building partnerships, and helping others unlock new growth opportunities. This is a technology platform supporting business development experts to rapidly grow their business. This technology supports the increase in productivity and business expansion. We will fully train each individual with all available tools. You will be driving business growth in the assigned region. You will travel across the state, meeting with top producers to present our value to bring new businesses to our company. This role is key to our continued expansion, requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Execute the business development plan to acquire top producers in their assigned region. Travel throughout the region to meet face-to-face with potential partners, building strong relationships and closing new business deals. Present the company's value to producers, highlighting our competitive commissions. Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand the product and are set up for success. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within your region to inform strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing partner support, and compliance. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management; preferably in the insurance industry. Strong network of relationships with top producers is highly preferred. Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region (up to 75% travel). Engaging and personable, with a natural ability to network and forge meaningful connections. Persuasive communicator capable of presenting the company in a way that resonates with potential partners. Attentive listener skilled at understanding clients’ needs and delivering tailored solutions. Resourceful problem-solver who can respond effectively to potential partners' questions and concerns. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluent both in English and Spanish Base salary range $75K per year + bonus Competitive salary based on experience + bonus and commission based on performance.
