Required Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of business development experience in the Light Industrial Staffing industry.
• Demonstrated success in selling temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions.
• Proven track record of generating $2 million to $5 million in annual staffing sales/revenue.
• Strong hunter mentality with consistent success in acquiring new clients.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value staffing agreements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
