We’re growing and looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating long-term partnerships.


What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding Snider-Blake’s footprint by delivering consultative staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Use consultative sales techniques to present the value of Snider-Blake’s staffing solutions
  • Prospect through cold calling, phone outreach, and direct marketing
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Snider-Blake services and offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitability


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales and business development experience
  • Staffing industry experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
