Crossroads Chevrolet in Beckley, WV is seeking a high-energy, well-organized, self-motivated BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and maximize sales opportunities across the dealership.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving appointment volume, improving show rates, and ensuring a consistent, professional customer experience from first contact to arrival on the showroom floor.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and hold accountable the BDC team to daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Manage inbound and outbound phone, internet, and text leads to maximize appointment set and show rates
Develop and enforce scripts, processes, and follow-up strategies
Monitor CRM activity to ensure proper documentation, lead handling, and response times
Work closely with Sales Management to align appointments with inventory and sales strategy
Track performance metrics and continuously improve results through training and process refinement
Maintain a high level of professionalism, urgency, and customer focus at all times
Proven experience in automotive BDC leadership or high-performing internet/phone sales management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
CRM experience required
