Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth in parts of Fairfax and Loudoun County. This is a partnership-based B2B sales role centered on building strong referral networks and expanding our footprint in the property damage and restoration industry.

Restoration 1 is one of the largest independent restoration companies in the country, built on a simple principle: we work for the customer. We deliver fast, high-quality restoration services while leading with empathy during some of the most stressful moments in our clients lives. From water and mold to fire damage, we respond quickly, communicate clearly, and treat every property as if it were our own.

For the right candidate, this role offers significant and lucrative earning potential tied directly to performance, relationship development, and territory growth. Were looking for someone who values professionalism, understands urgency, and wants to represent a company known for both results and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with referral partners such as plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters
  • Maintain consistent communication and long-term partnerships
  • Promote our certified restoration services and the value we bring to clients
  • Help create mutually beneficial relationships by returning work to partners when possible
  • Ensure all shared customers are treated with professionalism and care
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth
  • Attend networking and industry events
  • Track sales activity and provide reports to leadership
Qualifications
  • Experience in business development or B2B sales (restoration or related industry preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Understanding of the restoration industry is a plus
  • Willing to travel locally for meetings and events
  • Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Dulles, VA
