Pay: $40 - 55/hour + Benefits + Commision

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday
We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join a stable and well-established leader in the packaging and industrial supply industry. This role is critical to expanding our client base, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Report on sales performance and market feedback to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service capabilities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and sales tools
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face client engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Travel required throughout Georgia
