The Role We are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive with a proven track record in business-to-business sales. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and closing commercial contracts. What You’ll Do Drive new business growth by acquiring commercial clients. Develop, estimate, and close commercial landscape maintenance contracts. Build strong relationships with operations and client teams to ensure service excellence. Expand regional network and establish new business opportunities. Utilize a structured sales process and CRM to manage leads, track progress, and forecast revenue. What We’re Looking For Proven success in business-to-business sales, preferably in commercial services industries (e.g., security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning, catastrophe clean-up, commercial property services, or similar). Experience managing contracts and negotiating terms. Strong prospecting, cold calling, and closing skills. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and accountable for revenue results. Tenacious, confident, optimistic, and ethically driven. Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and high earning potential.
