Richfield Branch Richfield Branch 14 S Main Richfield, UT 84701, USA Based in either the Richfield or Gunnison branch, this role will serve customers in our areas covering Richfield, Gunnison, Circleville, Fillmore, and Delta . The BDO will be an expert in identifying needs-based solutions to assist business customers of the Bank in managing their business and cash flow cycle. Primarily responsible for learning, understanding, and implementing all the Bank’s non-lending products including Depository, Treasury Management, Online Banking and Merchant products. Collaborate with loan officers to enhance our core relationships with these customers. This position requires excellent communication and ability to collaborate well with others so that customer needs are met. Will work closely with Bank Lending Officers and Branch Operations Managers to identify, present, and implement all non-lending solutions that a business client might need. Provides maintenance and implementation support for cash management products and services. Serves as the contact for businesses throughout the entire cash flow cycle, providing “hands‑on” assistance as needed. Makes retention and business calls on existing and potential new clients. Bring in new business customers to the bank. Solicits referrals from existing customers. Arranges meetings between clients or prospective clients and appropriate bank representatives Reviews Bank CRM tools and solicits referrals from employees to identify customer cross‑sell opportunities of non‑lending products As needed, attends various civic and community functions to enhance the Bank image Collaborate with all areas of the bank (lending, operations, branches, IT, Cards, Training etc.) to assist in product and service development to ensure customer satisfaction. Recommends upgrades, elimination of or development of products and services when necessary. Provides training in depository, non‑lending related products, as needed to loan officers, operations, branches and customers alike. May share responsibility for web‑site content in non‑lending products and works with marketing team to develop campaigns around this product set. Create and present proposals for our existing and new customers. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business related field. Preferably with an emphasis in business, finance, accounting, or marketing. A combination of banking experience and education will be considered and may fulfill the education requirement. Communication, sales and public relations skills Must pass a credit & background check Preferred Qualifications Three plus years’ work experience in sales and business banking Sales and marketing experience Additional classroom training in sales, marketing and communications Excellent business development and b2b sales/service ability Ability to make both one on one and group presentations Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Skills Thorough knowledge and understanding of all bank products and services Knowledge and understanding of the operational challenges and functions of for‑profit, closely held businesses Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and online Self‑motivated, hardworking, and organized. Able to set priorities and get things done in a timely manner Eager to greet co‑workers and the public in a prompt, polite and friendly manner Demonstrates honesty and integrity Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to quickly build relationship/partnerships Demonstrated ability to manage several simultaneous activities, demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines Research and problem solving Customer Service and relationship focus Full‑time employeeswill be eligible to participate in the following benefits and programs: Medical Insurance & HSA Basic Life, AD&D and Long‑term disability insurance Supplemental life and AD&D options available 401K with employer match Annual Incentive Program Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual every pay period Up to 12 paid holidays per year Employee recognition program Monthly wellness activities Travel Required Yes .
