We are also excited to announce that Dependable Service Plumbing & Air will be expanding with a brand-new, second location on Highway 544! This growth means even more opportunities for our team and continued stability for our employees.

As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our growing team!

Work Hours: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time

Pay Rate: Commission based

Position Summary: The Business Development Professional is responsible for generating new business, building strategic relationships, and expanding our client base. This role plays a key part in supporting company growth through networking, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Representing Dependable Service professionally at networking events
  • Track leads, opportunities, and results to meet revenue goals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and professional with strong follow-through
