Description Business Development Project Support Durity & Manning, P.A., one of the nation's largest intellectual property law firms, is seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Business Development Project Support Coordinator. Unlike traditional marketing roles focused on creative design or highly collaborative team environments, this position is built for an autonomous, meticulous professional who thrives on organization and problem solving. This role is the engine behind our firm's growth and will support by coordinating proposals, tracking the business development pipeline, maintaining critical CRM data, and performing research projects. To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical proficiency and be comfortable analyzing and organizing large datasets. We are looking for an independent, "figure-it-out" problem solver who requires little oversight and has the professional confidence to manage timelines and keep partners on track. Coordinate proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and other business development materials. Manage the firm's business development pipeline and support reporting and opportunity tracking. Maintain website content, attorney bios, marketing collateral, and CRM data. Conduct market and client research to support strategic business development initiatives. Coordinate firm events, conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and attorney business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required. Experience in project management and preparing professional proposals, presentations, or marketing materials. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Self-starter and being able to navigate within some level of ambiguity. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
