About the Role:

Payflex Terminal is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales efforts by driving qualified opportunities and closing deals for our Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and payment solutions. This role includes both outside sales elements, depending on lead origin and territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients via in-person visits, cold calls, or virtual meetings.

  • Qualify business opportunities and schedule product demos for decision-makers.

  • Present and promote Payflex’s POS and terminal products to small and medium-sized businesses.

  • Conduct onsite or virtual presentations to explain features, pricing, and value propositions.

  • Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.

  • Document all activities and maintain lead databases.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outside sales roles.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with field visits, virtual meetings, and closing deals.

  • Knowledge of POS systems or payment terminals is a plus.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
