Business Development Representative - Outside Sales Apply

About the Role:
Payflex Terminal is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales efforts by driving qualified opportunities and closing deals for our Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and payment solutions. This role includes both outside sales elements, depending on lead origin and territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients via in-person visits, cold calls, or virtual meetings.
Qualify business opportunities and schedule product demos for decision-makers.
Present and promote Payflex’s POS and terminal products to small and medium-sized businesses.
Conduct onsite or virtual presentations to explain features, pricing, and value propositions.
Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
Document all activities and maintain lead databases.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outside sales roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field visits, virtual meetings, and closing deals.
Knowledge of POS systems or payment terminals is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
