Thomas Printworks is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Addison, TX team. This is an in-person role where you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts. Your goal will be to engage prospects, uncover their needs, provide helpful product information and pricing for smaller projects, and qualify larger opportunities for our sales team to pursue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries
  • Learn about each prospect’s needs and determine how we can help
  • Provide accurate product and pricing information for smaller, transactional projects
  • Qualify larger or more complex opportunities for handoff to Account Executives
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach and lead activity in our CRM
  • Follow up on marketing-driven activities, including events, content, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to help build a healthy pipeline

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Naturally curious and eager to understand client goals and challenges
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Preferred Experience

  • Background in the print, signage, or marketing fulfillment industry
  • Experience with print estimating or quoting systems
  • Understanding of production workflows and customer requirements in print
