Business Development Representative (BDR) Position at Better Call Paul Flooring

Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Bensalem, PA
Work Location: In office

Known for our commitment to quality and integrity, we're seeking a Business Development Representative who can help propel our growth and maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and follow up on leads to set appointments.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for effective follow-up.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records.
  • Manage and clean marketing lists and databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with previous leads to generate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and surpass targets.

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $35,000 - $43,000, based on experience.
  • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses.
  • Employee Status: Full-time
  • Payment Cycle: Bi-weekly payments.
