We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive our sales efforts. As a security-focused MSP with over 20 years of experience, we’re dedicated to supporting local businesses with our managed IT services that help them stay productive, secure, and ready to thrive.
This role is ideal for a sales professional skilled in hunting, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle. This position offers flexibility, with options to work in a hybrid setup, and involves close collaboration with our CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage all stages of the pipeline and track sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Sales outreach:Engage potential clients through phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring high-quality lead generation and prospect qualification.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the solution.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales.
- Proven track record of success in hunting, lead generation, and new business development.
- Experience selling managed services or similar services (preferred).
- Strong self-motivation with a high level of drive, ambition, and resilience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close business.
Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000–$70,000 with uncapped OTE; realistic first-year earnings of $120,000-$150,000+
