Rental Account Manager Philadelphia Commercial Trucking Apply
Miller Transportation Group is looking for a Rental Account Manager to support our growing company in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburb areas. This position is an addition to our sales team and will require a combination of account management and outside sales techniques. Ideal applicants will have commercial truck rental experience and the ability to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell commercial truck rental services to businesses in the assigned territory
- Responsible for following the company's strategic plan in developing the rental customer base in the territory
- Liaison between internal customers such as the maintenance department, lease sales representatives, and management
- Knowledgeable of trucks, truck equipment, and trucking regulations (DOT)
Requirements
You Have:
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Associate's Degree
- Prior Commercial Truck Rental Sales experience
- Outside sales experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Willingness to travel as necessary
You May Also Have:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
