Job Description:

Our client is looking to add a Business Development Representative to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for proactively identifying, pursuing, and maintaining a constant pipeline of potential customers to meet or exceed established quotas. *Schedule a quick chat with me at gabriella@asapstaffingservices.com

Responsibilities:

Gain and maintain access to decision makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen, including cold calling, networking, attending trade shows and social media.

Research leads, qualify prospects, and verify credit for new clients via phone, email or in person.

Conduct introductory, qualification/discovery calls with new and current prospects.

Collaborate with Account Manager and Carrier Sales to build ideal solution, pricing for the prospect and prepare rates for prospective business partners to gain lucrative pportunities that will assist you in successfully meeting individual monthly, quarterly and team goals and initiatives.

Identify current state, desired future state, pains & desired needs of prospects.

Present the top qualified customers/prospect in a pipeline presentation to key stakeholders.

Overcome objections and secure the win.

Partner with Leadership, Account Manager & Carrier Sales to identify new opportunities to service offerings.

Manage complex transactional or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new clients and work closely with other cross functional departments to review, edit, and finalize contracts.

Develop contact and strategic account plans in conjunction with other cross functional teams in ensure a healthy transition and handoff.

Develop strategic plans which include the identification of high to medium potential accounts.

Must meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly BDR KPIs

Understand and promote companys culture, goals, policies, and procedures.

Respond to all RFP/quote requests when you are listed as the account owner.

Assist Account Manager all customer bids as needed on accounts that are under 18 months.

Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

Outbound sales, cold calling, or outbound prospecting experience required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong ability to multi-task and is process driven.

Desires to work in a motivated, fast-paced, competitive environment.

Minimum of 2 years of Customer Sales experience.

Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Personable, hard-working, and not afraid to go above and beyond each and every day.

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong negotiation skills.

Deadline and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
