Business Development Representative Hybrid Colorado Office - Lakewood, CO 80215 Overview Salary Range $0.01 - $0.01 Salary Level Experienced Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level High School Category Sales Primary Responsibilities Sales Representatives play key roles in generating and increasing revenues in support of the continued company wide effort to grow and expand. Sales representatives are responsible for selling Quicksilver's services by identifying leads, educating prospects on services through calls, face-to-face presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. Responsibilities include: Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Reach out to potential customers through cold calling Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends Continuously improve through feedback Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Appointment & Production Quotas: Proven Sales Experience Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales, business development, or customer acquisition role Track Record of Success Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented Ability to work independently, set goals, and take initiative to achieve results Organized & Detail-Oriented Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively Team Player Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well across departments to drive success Flexibility & Adaptability Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with both remote and in-office requirements Tech-Savvy Comfort with CRM software (Salesforce) and basic business tools (Google Suite) #J-18808-Ljbffr
