Role Overview: We are all about long-term career growth, not just jobs. We are hiring an honest and enthusiastic Business Developer to spearhead new prospects and accounts. If you are sales-driven and confident in prospecting, detail-oriented, energetic, self-directed, and an exceptional communicator, this challenge is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients to evaluate needs and promote our services.
  • Act as a consultant to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Close new business deals, aiming to finalize most sales upon proposal delivery.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage and follow up on leads in our CRM system.
  • Identify and develop action plans for potential customers through cold calling.
  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Deliver high-quality weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop a strategic yearly sales plan.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Janitorial sales experience preferred; security building or pest control experience can substitute.
  • Proven sales track record with professional services.
  • Client management experience and CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of internal and external customers.
  • Experience with budgets, P/L, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and travel regularly within the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach).
  • Valid driver's license required.
