If so, we're seeking a passionate Business Development Representative to join our team in Fort Worth to help us connect exceptional talent with great places to work. This role will work hybrid between the field and the office developing relationships with hiring managers and solving problems.

Overview
The BDR position will involve outside sales, inside sales, lead generation, over communication, problem solving, and providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates. There is daily collaboration with our recruiting team and business development team to help one and our team be successful.

What You'll Do
  • Make cold calls and knock doors daily to build new and further existing client relationships
  • Follow up with hiring managers to ensure satisfaction and problem solve any needs
  • Present our services and hiring solutions with clients
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to identify talent and ensure a long term partnership with our clients

Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience working in a commissioned sales role
  • Lead generation, Business Development, and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Drive to work independently and humility to work collaboratively as a team
  • Reliable transportation Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
