RION Equipment is looking for a Business Development Rep who serves as the primary business contact the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Business Development Rep is expected to consistently provide excellent product knowledge and customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Business Development Rep should build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

PRIMARY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP JOB DUTIES:
- Develops and grows business relationships with prospective and established customers in the assigned accounts to generate business opportunities for the organizations services and/or products.
- Responsible for expanding our customer base by frequently contacting current and potential customers to sell equipment, and promote rentals as well as product support. To include but not limited to; Onsite customer visits, cold calling, following up on leads and hand delivering proposals.
- Maintains continuous knowledge of products and identifies potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the product. Understands company products and effectively communicates all offerings to the customer.
- Actively promote companys services by establishing credibility and responsiveness in the assigned accounts.
- Initiate communications, in-person visits and presentations to customers; existing and potential.
