Business Development Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Steve Cronin State Farm is looking for a driven Business Development Representative in Littleton, Colorado who enjoys talking with people, following a process, and creating new business. This role includes a base pay structure plus eligible commission or bonus, with clear expectations around outbound activity and follow-up. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospects and referral sources to build a pipeline of new business Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Qualifications No prior experience required - we will train you Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer match Health insurance stipend Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Pay range: $50,000-$75,000 per year Total compensation including base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
