Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through available options.

Lead Management: Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential customers and sales team members to facilitate the sales process.

Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular follow-ups with both existing and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.

Database Maintenance: Accurately record and update customer interactions and information in the CRM system.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to the team.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer service.


Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years in sales or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Motivation: Strong desire to succeed, with a positive attitude and an engaging personality.
