Role: Commission-Based Marketing Specialist (Remote)
NETRAT Information Security is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Sales Representative to help expand our client base. This is a remote, commission-only position, ideal for professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments and are passionate about cybersecurity, strategic outreach, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach, cold emailing, and networking.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with our cybersecurity service offerings.
- Support the sales funnel by nurturing leads and helping close new client contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to optimize outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align messaging with capabilities and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and/or close deals, preferably in B2B or tech environments.
- Experience with market research and sales funnel strategies.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, red teaming, or ethical hacking is a strong plus.
- Degree or background in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred (not required).
Compensation:
- This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll earn a competitive commission for each new client contract secured.
